Vantex Resources Ltd Signs an Agreement with Mirabel Resources Inc. for the Extraction by Thermal Fragmentation, of the Secondary Gold Veins Targeted on the Lake Expanse Area, Guillet Property.

LA PRAIRIE, Quebec -- The management of Vantex Resources Ltd (TSX VENTURE:VTX) is very pleased to announce a partnership agreement with Mirabel Resources Inc (TSX VENTURE:RMB) for the exploitation by thermal fragmentation, of the secondary gold areas of the Lake Expanse Area.

According to the agreement, Vantex will be responsible for (i) :

   1. The identification of every gold zones that will be exploited
      by thermal fragmentation.
   2. The preparation of the identified zones.
   3. The drilling, in order to verify the dip and depth of the gold
      zones.
   4. To provide the necessary geological information.

(i) Most of these works and/or data are already available following
the exploration work conducted by Vantex since May 2003 and will not
require important funds to be finalized.

Mirabel's commitments will be :

   1. To analyse the targets identified by the committee.
   2. To proceed with the thermal blasting of the identified zones
   3. To transport and mill the ore.

The potential revenues resulting from these initial works should reimburse the direct expenses encountered by each parties for the exploitation of the identified gold zones and the potential profit would be split equally between the two companies.

Gold zones targets.

The initial thermal fragmentation extraction will be focused on the Lake Expanse Area, mainly in the following zones :

Zone C, extreme West sector  : average surface grade of 39.59 gr
                                 Au/t on 0.56 metre

Zone D, LE04-70 sector       : visible gold in six of the nine
                               drill holes completed on this gold
                               zone.

Zone AB, Centre sector       : average surface grade of 17.25 gr Au/t
                               on 1.4 metres

Zone A-East, East sector     : average surface grade of 75.16 gr Au/t
                               on 0.74 metre

Zone Frontier                : average surface grade of 19.36 gr Au/t
                               on 0.45 metre

Zone F, S-W sector           : average surface grade of 29.77 gr Au/t
                               on 0.60 metre

These extraction zones are all located outside the main gold structures and their exploitation will not affect in any way the development of the main zones, where important development works will take place in the coming weeks.

The works will be supervised by a committee formed by Vantex and Mirabel and will start within a few days. The extracted ore will be transported to Mirabel's mill, located in the Val D'or area. This agreement is valid for two years.

The management of Vantex Resources Ltd. is confident to obtain very good results and following these initial exploitation works, Vantex will continue to identify additional gold targets that could benefit from thermal fragmentation extraction.

Vantex Resources Ltd. owns 100% of the Guillet property located 5 km from the town of Belleterre, Temiscamingue, Quebec. The Lake Expanse Area, located in the centre of this property, represents 1% of the area covered by the entire Guillet property.
