Vanten Launches First Golf Cart Advertising Media Business in Japan.

Tokyo, Japan, May 31, 2007 - (JCN Newswire) - Vanten K.K., a leading Digital Signage Service Provider in Japan, and Pacific Golf Management ('PGM') K.K. have announced a new advertising service on golf courses via LCDs mounted on GPS* equipped golf carts, with target locations and audiences matched with advertisers. Golf Course operator PGM will manage the GPS systems and displays, while Vanten will undertake sales and marketing, content production, scheduling and management. The companies will offer advertising from June 1st.

As traditional media markets have been experiencing some limitations in terms of ability to reach customers, advertisers have begun shift their attention to other media. Sales promotion and digital media are examples of media which can reach specific demographic groups in a much more targeted way than traditional mass marketing advertising.

The market in Japan has all of the same underlying criteria which can allow this media to succeed here as well. The Japan market has the same growing need for this kind of specialized media as well."

LCD displays have been installed above the front seats in golf carts at selected PGM golf courses. The displays, measuring 10.4 inches, are VGA* standard. The following PGM courses will initially offer golf cart advertising:

1. Ami Golf Club ------------------- Ibaragi Prefecture
2. Kasagi Golf --------------------- Kyoto Prefecture
3. The Imperial Country Club ------- Ibaragi Prefecture
4. Segbia Golf Club in Chiyoda ----- Ibaragi Prefecture
5. Daitakarazuka Golf Club --------- Hyogo Prefecture
