Van Kampen Pennsylvania Value Municipal Income Trust Announces Completion of Reorganization with Van Kampen Pennsylvania Quality Municipal Trust.CHICAGO -- Van Kampen Asset Management announced today that the proposed reorganization of Van Kampen Pennsylvania Quality Municipal Trust (NYSE/CHX: VPQ VPQ Vessel Particulars Questionnaire ) into Van Kampen Pennsylvania Value Municipal Income Trust (NYSE/CHX: VPV VPV Virtual Prime Vendor VPV Visitors Per Vehicle (tourism) VPV Virtual Processor Vector ) has been completed. In the reorganization, shareholders of VPQ received newly issued shares of VPV. The conversion exchange rate (the rate by which one multiplies the amount of VPQ common shares to determine the number of VPV common shares issued as part of the reorganization) was 1.002660, and the exchange ratio between preferred shares of VPQ and preferred shares of VPV was one VPQ preferred share into one VPV preferred share.
