Representing Granite Branchburg LLC as the purchaser, Van Houten Group completed the sale of the 118,000 square foot distribution center located at 271 Chambers Brook Road in Branchburg, New Jersey. John Adams of Coldwell Banker Feist and Feist represented the sellers, the Nash Group LLC. Van Houten Group represented Britannica Home Fashions in a warehouse lease for 50,000 square feet at the former Curtis Wright complex in Wood Ridge, New Jersey. The owner was represented by Mordy Schron. In Carlstadt, New Jersey Carlstadt is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States.
