Within the last 9 months, the vacancy rate at the 18-story tower (at the northeast corner of 37tb Street and 7th Avenue) has dropped from over 60 percent to less than 10 percent. More than 257,000 square feet has been leased, with an aggregate rent in excess of $92 million.
