VVA says Fuji Photo Film buildout in Valhalla on track.

VVA, the project manager for the new Fuji Photo Film U.S.A., Inc. headquarters in Valhalla, New York, says everything is being done to keep the accelerated relocation and interior buildout on track as its scheduled completion date approaches. Robert T. O'Hea, Jr., a director and principal of VVA, is spearheading the project team.

"Fuji's lease at the Reckson Summit is the largest transaction of its kind to close in Westchester in two years," said O'Hea. "We are proud to be working with Fuji and to be entrusted with the management of such an important project."

Fuji Photo Film U.S.A, which is the American sales and marketing subsidiary of the Fortune Global 500, Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd., of Tokyo (FUJIY) last fall announced its 10-year lease of approximately 164,000 SF at the three-building Reckson Summit located at 200 Summit Lake Drive, a Class A property owned by Reckson Associates Realty Corp.

VVA is overseeing the interior renovations to approximately 145,000 usable SF within Fuji's new space. The project will include the buildout of shared office areas, private offices, a new conference center and public spaces.

The interior construction began at the site in late December 2002, according to O'Hea. Fujifilm's lease commences in April so the project must adhere to a tight schedule to ensure that the company is ready to move by the end of March. VVA's expertise and successful track record of bringing projects in on time and on budget were integral in Fujifilm's decision to bring them on to manage the project.
