Mark P. Nield Directing Eastern Region Sales

John Copeland Becomes Southwest Regional Sales Manager

VTEL also named John Copeland as Regional Sales Manager in VTEL's western region. Copeland will focus on business opportunities with VTEL reseller partners in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Arizona.

Prior to joining VTEL, Copeland was a video network design engineer with SBC (1) (SBC Communications Inc., San Antonio, TX, www.sbc.com) A large, national telecommunications company that grew from a multitude of local and regional companies, including Southwestern Bell, Pacific Bell and Nevada Bell, into a single, unified brand by 2002.  Communications. He is a Cisco Certified Network Engineer and holds product certifications from numerous videoconferencing and data networking manufacturers.
