VSA arts Panasonic Young Soloists Award.


VSA arts VSA arts is an international nonprofit organization founded in 1974 by Ambassador Jean Kennedy Smith. It was originally called Very Special Arts. Although VSA no longer explicitly acts as an acronym, the three letters of the name are intended to represent "Vision of an inclusive  invites musicians to apply for the 2005 Panasonic Young Soloists Award. Winners will receive scholarship funds and an evening recital Recital - dBASE-like language and DBMS from Recital Corporation. All types of music are encouraged. To be eligible, applicants must be vocalists or instrumentalists with a disability, age 25 or under on November 1, 2004.
