No terms were given. The acuired company publishes eight directories In Louisiana, Texas, Kentucky and Indiana. VS&A Comm. Partners III recently completed three acquisitions In the European directory sector: the purchase of De Telefoongids Media BV from Royal KPN (Amsterdam); the purchase of Sonera Info Communications (Helsinki); and, the acquisition of six European directory operations from Verizon.
