La Belgique, officially Kingdom of Belgium, constitutional kingdom (2005 est. pop. 10,364,000), 11,781 sq mi (30,513 sq km), NW Europe.  has purchased two companies in Belgium: Ecotube, Menen; and Recyclagebedrijf Van Assche, Dendermonde. Together with its two other Flemish establishments, VPK's recycled paper capacity will reach 100,000 metric tons.
