VP-4 deployed 75 sailors SAILORS. Seamen, mariners. Vide Mariners; Seamen; Shipping Articles. from MCB (Memory Control Block) An identifier (16 bytes) that DOS places in front of each block of memory it allocates. Kaneohe Bay Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, on the east coast of Oahu, protected by coral reefs and dotted with islands. The shores of the bay are rimmed with ancient fishponds built by the Hawaiian chiefs.
