The Fernando Award Foundation is scheduled to hold its Jesse McHann Award Luncheon today at the Warner Center Marriott, 21850 Oxnard St., at 11:30 a.m. After the 16 nominees have been presented, five semifinalists will be chosen. So far, 400 people are slated to attend. The foundation, which administers the awards program, was founded in 1959.
