VNU Announces Intent to Amend Senior Credit Facility.

 Group, B.V., a leading global information and media company, today announced its intent to amend its senior credit facility in order to reduce the interest rates on the term loans under the facility. The amendment will require the approval of the lenders in accordance with the terms of the facility.

In connection with seeking the amendment, VNU has provided lenders with a presentation containing certain financial information regarding the company. The presentation has been posted to VNU's website, www.vnu.com.
