VNU Acquires Interest in European Trade Show Company.VNU VNU Volontaires des Nations Unies (French) VNU Verenigde Nederlandse Uitgeversbedrijven (Dutch) VNU Virtual Network User (Amsterdam) has signed an agreement with Jaarbeurs B.V. (Utrecht, The Neth.) to acquire a 50% interest in its wholly-owned subsidiary Jaarbeurs Exhibitions and Media (JEM), effective Jan. 1, 2002. No terms were given.
