VIVENDI'S LICOYS NAMED TO BSKYB'S BOARD.

:BSY), the UK-based pay-television broadcasting group, yesterday received notification from BSB Holdings Limited that, as a beneficial owner of not less than 7.5% of the issued share capital of BSkyB, they have exercised their right under the Articles of Association of the Company to appoint Eric Georges Licoys as a non-executive Director of BSkyB, with immediate effect.
