VIROTECH, INC. NAMES MEDICAL ADVISORY BOARD

 MINNEAPOLIS, July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Virotech, Inc., a company engaged in medical research and biotechnology, released today the names and professional affiliations of its new Medical Advisory Board.
 Dr. John St. Cyr, M.D., Ph.D., stated that all members of the Medical Advisory Board are highly qualified, thoroughly committed professionals with experience that can directly contribute to the company's activities. The following individuals make up the board at the present time:
 -- Dr. Paul Leavis, Ph.D., physiology, chemistry, biochemistry, of Boston; Leavis is president of Analytical Biotechnology Services; senior scientist, Boston Biomedical Research Institute; associate professor of physiology, Tufts University School of Medicine; and is affiliated with the School of Dental Medicine; School of Veterinary Medicine, Sackler School of Graduate Biomedical Sciences.
 -- Dr. Peter Gasper, D.V.M, Ph.D., of Fort Collins, Colo. Gasper is associate professor, Colorado State University, College of Veterinary Medicine; co-director, Marrow Transplant Laboratory, Pathology Department.
 -- Dr. Christian Nardi of Rome. Nardi is a vascular surgeon with the European Hospital.
 -- Edith Pacini, councilwoman, Mdewakanton Dakota Tribe, Minnesota.
 -- Dr. Andrew Zablow, M.D., of Newark, N.J. Zablow is with the Department of Radiation Oncology, St. Barnabus Hospital; Medical Academy of New Jersey; and was former chairman of Head and Neck Oncology, Department of Radiation Oncology, St. Barnabus Hospital.
 -- Dr. Ned Hornbeck, M.D., of Indianapolis. Chairman and professor, University of Indiana.
 -- Dr. Mark Dewhirst, D.V.M, Ph.D., of Durham, N.C. He is professor of Radiation Oncology; director of Tumor Microcirculation Laboratory; and editor of the International Journal of Hyperthermia, Duke University.
 -- Dr. Wayne Thompkins, D.V.M, of Raleigh, N.C. Thompkins is professor, College of Veterinary Medicine at North Carolina State University.
 Virotech, Inc. is currently conducting independent tests of two drug compounds intended to treat AIDS. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly owned Impression Delivery Corporation of Minneapolis. The common stock of Impression Delivery trades on the Pink Sheets.
