VIP Acquires Davis Communications, Expands E-Commerce and E-Government Services.

The acquisition allows VIP to expand its e-commerce services to its wide array of public sector clients including 14 State of California agencies; the City of Davis; the states of Nevada, New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of

The acquisition of Davis Communications added 31 private sector businesses to the VIP customer list including Kaufman & Broad, Chapparal Communications, Centennial Systems, 1-800-lifeinsurance.com and NetSports USA.
