VICTIM'S MOM SUES DRIVER IN FIERY CRASH.Byline: Karen Maeshiro Staff Writer PALMDALE - The driver who was high on drugs when he lost control of a stolen sport utility vehicle and caused a fiery head-on crash that killed four people has been sued by the mother of one of the victims. Dollores Dallmeyer of Lancaster, the mother of Therese Frisch, has filed suit against Shawn Beavers, who was sentenced to nearly 14 years in prison for his role in the crash.
