: VHSN VHSN Very-High-Speed Network ) announced today that John Salowski has accepted an appointment as President of the Company. Mr. Salowski succeeds Janos Stiasny in this position. Mr. Salowski, who will also join the Company's board of directors, will assume his duties effective January 1, 2002.

Mr. Salowski comes to VHS Network Inc. with over 30 years' experience in the Information Technology sector as both an executive and systems consultant. As past President of Remedy Software Inc. and most recently of the newly acquired TrueNET Enterprise Inc., his primary focus has been to oversee the development and implementation of electronic wholesale and retail distribution systems.
