VFR Technologies, Inc., announced Wednesday the appointment of Jean-Paul Godette to head its Business Development team. "Jean-Paul brings excellent credentials to his position with VFR," said Michael J. Waldmann, President & CEO of VFR technologies. Godette will be based at the company's corporate offices in Chicago, Illinois. Godette will oversee the US sales and marketing operations and is responsible for partner relationships. Most recently, Godette was vice president of sales with StreetKnowledge Corp., where he served in a variety of senior management positions since 1997. Prior to that, he formalized service divisions for Business Objects (NASDAQ:BOBJ), maker and marketers of the leading query and reporting tool. Godette's prior career background also includes senior positions with OmnisSoftware and DataEase International.
