Paul Dascoli Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Mark Thoma, who is retiring after a 33-year career with the company. Over the past 20 years, Dascoli, 45, has held a series of leadership positions with Thomasville Thomasville. 1 City (1990 pop. 17,457), seat of Thomas co., SW Ga., near the Fla. line; inc. 1831. He will join VF on October 2 and will be based in Greensboro, N.C. Prior to his role at Thomasville Furniture, Dascoli served as Vice President of Financial Operations for Revlon from 1994 to 1996. From 1985 to 1994, he held a series of business planning and finance leadership positions with Pepsico. He began his career in 1982 with KPMG Peat Marwick. Dascoli received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Providence College in Providence, R.I. and is a Certified Public Accountant.
