The ATL LANvault Backup Appliance(TM) includes a combined dedicated backup server and DLT tape library that will be embedded with VERITAS Backup Exec for Windows NT Multi-Server edition. This powerful, combined solution allows users to install this device anywhere on the network, allowing for data to be backed up to the library without needing a separate standalone backup server. The LANvault solution also includes the LANvault Central Management console to deliver browser-based management for central IS control and access to the LANvault Customer Service Web Portal that maintains the customer's LANvault deployment information.
