Doug Eney, vice president of information systems engineering at Carnival Cruise Lines, is recognized for his innovation in using technology to improve Carnival's online customer service. When it came time to design and implement a web site focused on enhancing the online guest and travel agent experience, Carnival's IS team implemented VERITAS i3(TM) application management software to help ensure the site would meet expected performance requirements in a cost-effective manner.
