 closing set was like a step back in time. After three days of sun, sun and lightning storms, they were the ideal act to seal the momentous festival. And the tens of thousands of fans who have waited for years for this comeback weren't disappointed.

Earlier, frontman Damon Albarn, above, had watched Madness play an earlyevening set on the famous Pyramid stage.
