As these bookings are recognized ratably over the subscription time (typically 120 days or less), VCampus expects online tuition revenue to contribute in increasing the total revenues of the company by over 10% for the first quarter of 2005 as compared to the fourth quarter of 2004. This revenue increase is being driven by an increase in registrations for three Information Security courses and one Project Management Professional (PMP See point-to-multipoint and portable media player.

The company released the following courses in the first quarter of 2005 which it expects will contribute to revenue growth in the second quarter of 2005 and beyond:
