VALENCIA DRAWS YET ANOTHERN MOVIE FIRM DELUXE MEDIA STORES MATERIAL FOR STUDIOS.

VALENCIA - A media company that stores information and material for several Hollywood studios is the latest in a migration of entertainment industry businesses moving into Valencia, company officials said Friday.

Deluxe Media Services, which stores everything from promotional T-shirts to motion picture trailers both digitally and physically, signed the Valencia Gateway's largest lease in four years this quarter.

The company will move into the 176,000-square-foot space in July.

``There's four key industry clusters in Valencia right now; entertainment, aerospace, biomed and technology,'' said Craig Peters, senior vice president for CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. Tourism and retailing are important, and the city has motion-picture, biotechnology, and software industries.  - into the huge Valencia building in the 29100 block of Avenue Paine, according to Kevin Gold, director of corporate operations for Deluxe Media Services.

Deluxe, owned by the Rank Group - which runs the Hard Rock Cafe Hard Rock Cafe is a chain of casual dining restaurants. It was founded in 1971 by Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton, and their first Hard Rock Cafe opened near Hyde Park Corner in London, in a former Rolls Royce car dealerships showroom close to Hyde Park, where in 1979 they began to  chain - is on the cutting edge of media services, digitally storing and distributing records of every product that movie companies produce to publicize their films.
