Brentwood will give ValCom Inc., which has a studio complex in the Valencia Industrial Center, another outlet for advertising customers. Last month, ValCom bought a Palm Springs television station, then followed through with the purchase of a film library to show syndicated movies. Its first venture into print media ownership gives ValCom the opportunity to sell magazine ads along with TV commercial spots and billboards. ``This will allow large and small businesses to gain maximum returns for their advertising investments,'' said Vince Vellardita, president and chief executive officer. ``I am confident that advertising agencies will embrace this unique value now being offered with our new media packages in ValCom's new Publishing Division,'' added Phillip Troy Linger, president and publisher of Brentwood. Vellardita said ValCom plans to expand the magazine but didn't provide details.
