Utility firm taps CBRE to manage 1.2M s/f.


In efforts to build on its successful cost reduction program, Raleigh, North Carolina-based Progress Energy, one of the nation's top ten generators of electricity, has selected Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A..
