Utilities, Inc. New Appointments: Steve Lubertozzi, Chief Financial Officer and John Hoy, Chief Regulatory Officer.


NORTHBROOK, Ill. -- Utilities, Inc. is pleased to announce the following appointments effective immediately --

Steve Lubertozzi has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lubertozzi joined Utilities, Inc. in 2001 as Director of Regulatory Accounting, advancing to Director of Regulatory Matters in March 2002 and Chief Regulatory Officer in June 2006. "Steve's accomplishments in developing regulatory relationships and rate case planning and execution has been a strong factor in Utilities, Inc.'s success. His knowledge of regulatory accounting requirements, combined with his dedication and commitment to solid corporate accounting principles, makes Steve the perfect person to take on the CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  role," said Larry Schumacher, President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
