Res. 7) urging the United States "to withdraw from the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America is a continent-level dialogue, founded on March 23 2005 by the governments of Canada, Mexico, and the United States. The reason given for this agreement is to enhance security and economic cooperation in North America. and any other activity which seeks to create a North American Union." The resolution, which now awaits action in the Utah state Senate The Utah State Senate is the upper house of the Utah State Legislature. Make-up of the Senate The current party composition of the Utah Senate is: Affiliation Members Republican Party 21 Democratic Party 8 Total , states that "the gradual creation of such a North American Union from a merger of the United States, Mexico, and Canada would be a direct threat to the United States Constitution and the national independence of the United States and would imply an eventual end to national borders within North America." It also urges the U.S. Congress to oppose the SPP (1) (Scalable Parallel Processor) A multiprocessing computer that can be upgraded by adding more CPUs.
