This manufacturer of urethane process equipment offers the ability to custom engineer systems. Its equipment is designed and built in the United States. A ten-page, four-color brochure describes the firm's products.

Saws featured in the literature include profile, horizontal, carousel, vertical and heavy duty models, along with horizontal slitters.

The company's first elastomer machine was manufactured 30 years ago to produce coated rolls and power transmission belts. Elastomer metering systems include continuous degassing, oil traced lines, electrically heated hoses, submerged pumps and refrigerated cold traps. This type of dispenser can process urethanes, epoxies and other non-cellular systems, according to the literature. Each unit is custom designed to meet production requirements.

Low pressure meter/mix dispensers typically do not exceed pump pressures of 250 psi, according to the brochure. As many as 20 chemical streams can be simultaneously metered into a high shear dynamic mix head. This flexibility and the ability to handle high viscosity materials and wide system ratios are said to make low pressure dispensers a popular choice.

Reaction impingement mixing does not utilize a dynamic mixer or require solvent flush. Chemical pressures in excess of 1,500 psi are said to result in turbulent mixing in the mix head, which is said to be very effective for closed mold injection.

The FFH filler led mix head is a patented system which allows the addition of a metered stream of dry filler directly into the mix chamber where it is blended with the liquid streams to form a filled reactive mix.
