Urecoats Industries Inc. (the "Company"), a developer of roofing, sealant, and coating products, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries Urecoats International, Inc. and Urecoats Technologies, Inc., today announced that it has entered into extended agreements with Ponswamy Rajalingam, Ph.D., R. Uma Umarani, Ph.D., and a new agreement with Rene M. Dupuis, Ph.D., P.E., each internationally renown and experienced professionals, for infrastructure purposes.
PONSWAMY RAJALINGAM, PH.D. ("Dr. Raja"), a chemical engineer, is the inventor of the Urecoats Rubber Sealant Membrane (RSM RSM (in Britain) regimental sergeant major )(TM) formulae and its spray application system. Dr. Raja is also a vice president of the Company, President of Urecoats International and Urecoats Technologies, since July 1, 1999, and Chief Chemist with Urecoats International since June 1, 1998. Dr. Raja is additionally a consultant to the Company.
