Upper West Side conversion candidates hit the market.


Two fully-renovated ideal condominium conversion opportunities, located on Manhattan's Upper West Side directly above Central Park North at 220 West 111th and 118th West 112th Streets, are on the market for sale priced at $10.5 million and $13.9 million respectively.
