Upper East Side's Seville almost sold out.

Only a handful of homes remain available for purchase at the Seville, a new ultra-luxurious Upper East Side condominium tower designed by legendary architect Robert A.M. Stern.

Although nearly 85% of the residences have been sold at the building co-developed by a partnership of Trevor Davis, of Davis and Partners, and Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs, of RFR Holding, several homes have recently been released for purchase.

"Since residents began moving into the building in September 2002, the response has been overwhelmingly positive," said Mr. Davis.

Located at 300 E. 77th St., on the southeast corner of Second Avenue, the Seville is a 32-story tower that serves as the sequel to the developers' successfully sold-out Empire condominium at 188 E/ 78th St.

The building has just 84 homes, adding to its exclusivity.

The majority of residences at the Seville are two-bedroom homes, with the remaining mix comprised of one- and three-bedroom residences.

The Seville also offers two full-floor penthouse homes, available unfinished for individuals who wish to customize their dream home.
