On April 05, 2006, Comanche Oil and Gas Corporation, through its Board of Directors and Shareholders, reorganized the Company. They named Gary Lewis Gary Lewis may refer to:
  • Gary Lewis, son of Jerry Lewis, and lead singer of Gary Lewis & the Playboys.
  • Gary Lewis, Scottish actor (Billy Elliot/Gangs of New York)
 as a Director and Company President, along with Jessica Rampton and Mary Ross as new Directors (go to Company Website - www.upliftenergy.com - for new director biographies). All of the previously remaining Board Members then resigned their position to allow the new Board of Directors to assume Management and take the Company in another direction.

By recommendation of the new Board and at a shareholders meeting held on May 24, 2006, the following actions were voted on and passed. The name of the Company was changed to "Uplift Nutrition, Inc."; the Company domicile domicile (dŏm`əsīl'), one's legal residence. This may or may not be the place where one actually resides at any one time. The domicile is the permanent home to which one is presumed to have the intention of returning whenever the purpose  was changed to The State of Nevada; and the shares of existing Company Stock were reversed to give every shareholder of record one share of stock in the new company for every two shares they owned of record. Then, on June 6, 2006, the Company acquired all the assets of Nu Mineral Health, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

Through acquiring Nu Mineral Health, Uplift Nutrition, Inc. has been able to bring into the Company "Active Uplift," a new-generation, combination energy and nutrition product that offers its users a drink that not only will give them a daily energy boost but also will give them all the USDA-recommended daily nutritional vitamins and minerals all in one drink.
