Real Estate recently brokered a nine-year, 5,000-square-foot lease renewal at 121 E. 24th St. for Second Life Interiors & Upholstery upholstery, general term for household fittings, hangings, curtains, cushions, and covers. It refers to stuffed, padded, and spring-cushioned furniture, such as chairs and sofas, or to the usually decorative materials and fabrics that cover them.  Inc., a company that offers a variety of upholstering services for all types of furniture, curtains and wall coverings.

Although details of the lease were undisclosed, asking rents were $27 per square foot.
