There is no doubt that almost every bride and groom goes to great lengths to look their best on the wedding day; the same is true of the bridesmaids. For an unusual bridesmaids'' gift, how about negotiating with a local parlour for a group beauty session for all the bridesmaids? It would be fun for them to go together a couple of weeks after the wedding, and have a makeover, pedicure, manicure, new hairdo, massage; whatever you can afford to make a fuss of them for an hour or two, or three.

Another bridesmaid gift idea that is a bit unusual is, rather than the full Bridesmaids'' Bash, take them all out for a special meal a week or two after the wedding. It is best to sound them out in advance, so you can choose a venue they will all be delighted with, whatever their age.
