UnumProvident.
UnumProvident has added two new features to its online benefits
management tool designed to simplify the process of finding and
completing forms. My Forms helps benefits managers access applications,
enrollment forms and other important coverage information specific to
their group benefits policy with a click of the mouse. Another
enhancement to the tool is designed to make tasks simpler for employees,
who can access the electronic version of the Evidence of Insurability in·sure
v. in·sured, in·sur·ing, in·sures
v.tr.
