KEMAH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 2002

Unlimited Coatings Corporation (Pink Sheets:UCCC An abbreviation for the Uniform Consumer Credit Code. ) today announced the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

Notes:
In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners.
 Marald Inc. to Liqui Fusion Inc. Consideration paid for the subsidiary was $900,000 and Liqui Fusion assumed all liabilities of Marald. UCCC will use the proceeds of the sale to acquire other companies.
