University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics Selects Canopy's Care Management Solution.

University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics chose Canopy based on the ability of its application service provider (ASP) model to provide integrated utilization and case management applications across the continuum of care. At University of Wisconsin, the Canopy solution will also be integrated with ExtendedCare Professional(TM) from ExtendedCare Information Network to provide online discharge planning and searches for appropriate post-acute placements. Canopy Systems and ExtendedCare Information Network have recently formed a partnership to provide the premier integrated care management solution.
