University Walk leases up.Rose Associates, Inc. has secured four new retail tenants for University Walk, located on Eighth Street between Broadway and University Place. Big Bag leased 1,789 s/f, Famous Famiglia signed for 1,285 s/f, Laila Rowe took 912 s/f and Best Color Photo leased 430 s/f, for a total of 4,416 s/f of retail space. University Walk comprises 27 stores, totaling approximately 60,000 s/f along Broadway. Rose Associates is the exclusive leasing agent for the complex. Bruce Spiegel, senior managing director of commercial leasing with Rose Associates, represented building owner Uniway Partners L.P. in all four transactions.
