Universal Power Group to Exhibit at 2006 International CES Trade Show.

CARROLLTON, Texas -- Universal Power Group, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Zunicom, Inc., (OTCBB:ZNCM), announced that it will be an exhibitor at the 2006 International CES (Consumer Electronics Show) to be held in Las Vegas at the Sands Expo and Convention Center, January 5th through 8th, 2006. Produced by CEA (Consumer Electronics Association), the International CES is the world's largest consumer electronics tradeshow. Top media from 48 countries are expected to attend.

"We are especially excited about ePIC's IMOS intelligent security camera which is the first affordable event based video imaging product on the market today. The camera, which can be directly connected to any industry alarm panel, sends image events to PDA's, pagers, Blackberry's, or e-mails immediately as the event occurs," stated Randy Hardin, President and CEO of UPG.
