Universal Learning Technology(TM) (ULT), a provider of Internet-based interactive teaching and learning software and applications, today announced its Higher Education Administration Advisory Board consisting of seven prominent members of the academic community. The ULT Advisory Board will work closely with ULT's executive team to insure that ULT's flagship product Bravo! is the ideal Web-based network learning environment for students and faculty.

William S. Reed, vice president for finance and administration, Wellesley College, has held executive positions with Kenyon College, Princeton University and The Ford Foundation. Edward R. MacKay, vice chancellor for planning & budget, University System of New Hampshire, currently serves as chairman of the board for the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO). Dr. David Hudson Entin, currently vice president of academic affairs at Holyoke Community College, was formerly dean of instruction, New York City Technical College of the City University of New York (CUNY) and is an author and frequent speaker on higher education.

Some members join the ULT Advisory Board as experts in the fields of education and technology. Richard N. Katz, vice president, EDUCAUSE was formerly director of business planning and practices for the University of California, where he was responsible for the design and implementation of strategic management initiatives across the nine-campus system. Peter Segall serves as executive director of Project ADAPT, Harvard University, a university-wide initiative to modernize Harvard administrative systems. Joel W. Meyerson, director, Forum for the Future of Higher Education, oversees the Forum's current research on technology-mediated learning and the transformation of higher education.
