Universal Detection Technology Partners with New Air Technologies.

LOS ANGELES -- Universal Detection Technology (OTCBB:UDTT) - The Company announced today that it has entered into an agreement with New Air Technologies (NAT), a company that provides building decontamination solutions, to collaborate on marketing activities and to cross-refer each company's products and services to their respective customers.

The parties anticipate that any agreement reached in connection with the cross-referral of each others products and services shall be on a non-exclusive basis. It is further anticipated that when BSM-2000 is installed in a hotel or a residential/commercial building, UDTT will agree to offer the option of using NAT as the decontamination partner. Similarly, NAT shall refer UDT to those of its clients that might be interested in being protected against a possible biological terrorist attack.

"Our plan is to increase market recognition for BSM-2000 through partnerships with companies such as NAT as a way of more efficiently channeling our product to end-users who are concerned about the safety of their premises," said Jacques Tizabi, UDTT's Chairman and CEO.
