New features from the Taos, N.M.-based company include: * Accounts Payable -- UBCC has completely re-written its Accounts Payable program to include enhancements, such as the ability to send ACH payments, positive pay to a bank, hold payment on individual invoices, print prior year's 1099s and more. * Automatic Billing Generator -- In addition to allowing users to automatically invoice their clients for services rendered (such as checks printed, W2s and 1099s produced), users can also invoice for additional and third-party services, while providing full detail or just summary totals for all involved. * Data Importing/Exporting -- New importing features make payroll setups easier--bringing in set-up data from Microsoft Excel[R] or comma-separated values (CSV (1) (Comma Separated Value) Same as comma delimited.
