Designed for battery pack integration, the bq2060 monitors critical battery parameters, controls the battery pack's fast charge, and provides safety control for Li-Ion based battery packs. The IC supports version 1.0 of the SBS Smart Battery Data (SBD SBD - Smart Battery Data ) set and reports data such as remaining capacity in mAh or mWh, instantaneous charge or discharge current, temperature, and voltage.
