* Taxi request/garage, which allows residents to arrange for transportation before leaving their apartments.

One of the greatest advantages of Unitone's '21V' system is that it requires just three sets of wire and one coaxial cable for installation, says Bohbot. The separate system is totally independent of phone and cable, which assures residents' privacy and security.
