Unitime Systems Introduces Incentive Tracking Feature for Its Automated Timekeeping System.

BOULDER, Colo. -- Points Manager(TM) fully integrated within newest version of UNITIME Automated Timekeeping System(TM)

Unitime Systems, Inc., has introduced the Points Manager(TM) feature for its UNITIME Automated Timekeeping System(TM) that automates employee incentive policies as part of the company's daily time-and-attendance tracking. Points Manager, fully integrated within the latest version of UNITIME, helps companies reduce absenteeism and increase productivity by rewarding appropriate conduct.

Points Manager automatically records infractions -- like unexcused absences, tardies and long work breaks -- and assigns "demerit de·mer·it

Similarly, Points Manager enables the company to reward employees who don't accumulate demerits or lose points over a specified time period. Points Manager can accommodate almost any policy (for demerits, points, incentives, etc.) established by the organization.

Companies that employ UNITIME Version 6.5 with Points Manager can avoid the inefficiencies and errors that typically result from using decentralized de·cen·tral·ize
