 incumbent fixed line provider Slovak Telekom Slovak Telekom (in past officially called Slovenské telekomunikácie and Slovak Telecom; the brand used for fixed line products is T-Com since March 2006) is the largest telecommunications company operating in Slovakia.  (ST) and cellco T-Mobile Slovensko will be merged into a single company in 2010 as part of a wider strategy by their German parent Deutsche Telekom Deutsche Telekom AG (ISIN: DE0005557508, FWB: DTE, NYSE: DT, LSE: DEU, TYO: 9496 ) (abbreviated DTAG) is a telecommunications company headquartered in Bonn, Germany. It is the largest telecommunications company in Germany and in the EU.  (DT) to consolidate its wireline and wireless businesses. The move has already received local shareholder approval, and initial preparation for the merger is expected to begin soon. T-Com, the main brand name of ST, will be retained, as will the T-Mobile name. The mobile unit is currently a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners.
