The state of Missouri and Microsoft Corp. are teaming up on a program that Gov. Jay Nixon Jeremiah W. "Jay" Nixon (born February 13, 1956) is an American politician from Missouri and a member of the Democratic Party. He has served as Missouri's Attorney General since 1993, and is the only person in Missouri history to have been elected to this position for four terms.  says will provide thousands of the state's residents with free access to e-learning and certification programs from the company.

Nixon was in St. Louis on Monday to announce that Missouri is among the first seven states participating in Microsoft Elevate el·e·vate

Excel is probably the most widely used spreadsheet in the world.
